1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Zmei’s website and related services (collectively the 'Service'), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zmei.

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Zmei may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Purchases, Withdrawal, and Refunds

- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the product or entering into the agreement (in accordance with EU consumer law).
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us via email before the deadline expires.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
- For digital products/services that have been accessed, downloaded, or used, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, software, design, etc.) is owned by Zmei or its licensors and protected by Danish and international law. No part may be copied, reproduced, modified, or published without written consent.
7. Feedback and Submissions
Feedback, ideas, and suggestions ('Submissions') are considered non-confidential and become the property of Zmei. Zmei may use them freely without compensation. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to any material submitted.
8. Cookies and Data Protection
We use cookies for functionality and analytics. By using the Service, you agree to cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Danish law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zmei, its employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
Zmei may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Termination does not affect rights or obligations already accrued.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law. As an EU consumer, you retain any mandatory rights in your country of residence. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if not possible, they may be referred to the Danish Institute of Arbitration or the EU’s ODR platform.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zmei and supersede any prior agreements.
