For founders and teams

    Workshops

Hands-on sessions that take founders and teams from a blank page to something tangible. This can be a live website, a buildable MVP plan, or a working AI agent.

Training that ends with something built

We run these workshops for accelerators, incubators, business schools and companies. Participants leave with a website live on their own domain, a specification an AI can build from, or an agent already running in their workflow.

    Workshop 1

How to Vibe Code a Website

    That Does Not Look Vibe-Coded

Go from user needs and information architecture to a minimal viable brand, a design system, and a website live on your own domain.

    • UI/UX fundamentals
    • Information architecture
    • Minimal viable brand and design system
    • Publishing, domains and GDPR basics

    Day 1 ≈ 8 hours · Day 2 ≈ 4 hours · up to 30 participants

    Workshop 2

    From Concept to MVP

How to Scope, Architect and Plan a Digital Product

For founders who have built something with AI tools and now need it to hold together: scope, flows, architecture and data model in four AI-friendly documents.

    • Product definition and scope boundaries
    • App flows, screens and states
    • Architecture, BaaS choice and data model
    • A 90-minute Fractional CTO session

Lecture ≈ 4–5 hours · one 90-minute session per startup

    AI Agents for Your Start-up

Integrate AI Agents into Your Workflows

Automate the work that eats your week with agents that plug into the tools you already run, plus purpose-built agents for narrower jobs.

    • Agents in Google Sheets and Slack
    • Specialised, single-purpose agents
    • Content shaped by participant demand

In development · shaped around your cohort

Together, the three workshops will take a founder from an idea to a website, a product or an agent.

    Workshop 101

How to Vibe Code a Website That Does Not Look Vibe-Coded

This practical two-part series is for founders, entrepreneurs, freelancers and professionals who want a website that reflects their brand and supports real business goals.

Rather than relying on AI prompts alone, participants learn business strategy, UX/UI design, information architecture, modern vibe-coding workflows and deployment.

    What participants can do afterwards

    • Understand the basics of UI/UX
    • Build a complete information architecture
    • Create an on-brand design system and website
    • Vibe-code and publish with modern tools

Day 1: strategy, structure, brand, build and publish. Day 2: showcase and feedback.

    Workshop 202

    From Concept to MVP

For startup founders who have built digital products with AI-assisted tools and want to take them into a SaaS or mobile MVP.

We cover product definition, requirements, app flows, architecture, data modelling, security and the documentation needed for agentic software development.

    What participants can do afterwards

    • Define requirements and map user journeys
    • Create architecture and a reasoned BaaS choice
    • Plan an iterative build process
    • Use structured documents as a source of truth

Lecture: approximately 4–5 hours. Plus one 90-minute individual session per startup.
